Svalþúfa

Svalþúfa and Þúfubjarg is a large tuff cape just east of Lóndrangar. The sea facing part of the cape is called Þúfubjarg, where thousands of seabirds nest in the spring and raise their young.

A parkinglot is located close to Þúfubjarg. There is a trail from the parking lot to the edge of the cliff and from there it continues down the cliff past Lóndrangar.

This is a particularly beautiful and accessible hiking trail with magnificent views and ideal conditions for bird watching.
