The sea facing part of the cape is called \u00de\u00fafubjarg, where thousands of seabirds nest in the spring and raise their young.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1016\" src=\"https:\/\/snaefellsjokull.vinnugrunnur.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_3361-1024x1016.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2463\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>A parkinglot is located close to \u00de\u00fafubjarg.
